Community foundations play a leadership role in fostering systemic change. Strengthening the sector enables positive sustainable change in our city, regionally, nationally, and beyond.

A gap between financial resources and need is projected to be $25 billion by the year 2026. This social deficit gap necessitates shifts in funding models for a sector that employs more than 2 million people and represents 8.5 percent of the GDP. What’s next for Canada’s 170,000 charities and non-profits?
