Carol Devenny is currently the Office Managing Partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC). Carol graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from Queen’s University, and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1985, a Chartered Business Valuator in 1994, and a Certified Public Accountant in the United States in 2000.

Her range of experience includes providing services to organizations in the investment management, pensions, manufacturing, retail, communications, government, real estate, and high technology sectors of the economy. Carol is PwC’s National Public Sector Audit Leader and she currently chairs the Public Sector Accounting Board (PSAB)

Carol is the past President of the Women’s Business Network Association (WBN) of Ottawa and the recipient of the 1999 Businesswomen’s Achievement Award co-sponsored by the WBN and The Ottawa Citizen.

Carol’s community involvement includes sitting on the board of Ashbury College, and she is Past Chair of the Audit Committee of the CHEO Foundation. Carol also co-chaired the NAC Gala with Mrs. Harper, and is the former chair of the Ottawa ICD Chapter.
