Support to Develop Multi-Organization Proposals to the Community Services Recovery Fund (CSRF)
The Ottawa Community Foundation (OCF) recognizes that more time, effort and specific skill sets may be required to engage effectively across multiple organizations to shape collaborative proposals for the CSRF. In such cases, the OCF will reimburse up to $5,000 of costs to engage external expertise to assist in their development.
Eligible proposals include those related to collective impact initiatives, shared services, the development of systems and platforms that can be used by multiple organizations, and organizational mergers.
This opportunity is open to organizations of any size and focus, assuming eligibility for the CSRF. Funding will be limited to the first 12 eligible applicants.
The Process
- One of the partner organizations, acting on behalf of the collaborative, should submit a brief statement of purpose and need.
- OCF will respond to the request within three business days.
- The funding will be committed to approved initiatives on a first-come basis, up to the limit specified above.
- The organization that submits the request will be responsible for engaging the consultant directly.
- The OCF will reimburse the costs of this engagement up to the maximum of $5K following submission of an invoice by the organization.
