Richard Walker was proud to be part of Ottawa Fire Services. Firefighters are more than just colleagues – they are a tight-knit team, and they support each other on and off the job. The support from the Ottawa fire department for Richard and his family in recent years is deeply appreciated.
In recognition for this support, we have established an ongoing donation to the Ottawa Professional Fire Fighters Association’s Help Santa Toy Parade, in memory of Richard.
