The Outreach Social Care Foundation is Black-led, Black-serving, and Black-focused grassroots not- for- profit organization that has the responsibility to lead by example in advancing and building a diverse, inclusive, accessible and respectful organization where every young person has a voice and the opportunity to fully contribute across Ontario.

Every day we are inspired by the stories our Black and People of Color (BIPOC) young people share with us. Our job is to fuel their passions by giving them the knowledge, skills, and tools they need to turn their inspirations stories into real world that change lives forever in Ontario and beyond.

The organization is committed to the Global Goals for Sustainable Development (SDGs) which offers an historic opportunity to eradicate extreme poverty and ensure no one is left behind and the 2030 Agenda, by empower the local young people to take control of their life so that they can reach their full potential, by making informed decisions towards a sustainable future.
