Tracey was President & CEO of Bridgehead Coffee, a company she founded, from 2000 to its sale in 2020. She served as Chief Culture Officer for a year following the sale and activated Fogo Clay Studio on Fogo Island, NL. Tracey recently stepped away from her role as a Director of Shorefast Social Enterprises Inc. to assist Shorefast Foundation with its re-emergence from COVID as a VP of New Business.
Tracey holds an MBA, and is an Aga Khan Foundation Canada (AKFC) Fellow.
At OCF, she is a Director, Chair of the Impact Investment Committee and Co-Chair of Ottawa Climate Action Fund. She also serves as a Director of Ecotrust Canada. She was the founding Chair of Ottawa Impact Hub.
