Canada Cultural Investment Fund
Matching Endowment Program
Canada’s Department of Canadian Heritage, through its Canada Cultural Investment Fund (Endowment Incentives Component), offers an endowment fund matching program to qualified arts and culture organizations. This program encourages philanthropy that will aid in an organization’s long-term sustainability and diversify its income source.
Qualified organizations that partner with the Ottawa Community Foundation to establish a fund can receive up to a dollar for each dollar raised to grow their endowment, depending on the availability of funding and the number of successful applicants.
The application deadline is December 1st of every year. Visit the Canadian Heritage website to ensure that you qualify.
