Most grants from the Ottawa Community Foundation are made possible by generous donors who have contributed, through one of our funds, to support important ongoing services, projects, and initiatives. Public recognition of our grants encourages future contributions to this vital community resource.
We like to hear about key milestones and achievements related to the grants we make. Please send us news of your progress. We often share notes of appreciation and impact stories with our fundholders, and on our website, social media, and other channels.
Community Grants
Community Grant recipients are asked to complete and submit an Evaluation Report within 12 months of receiving the grant. Completing a report (or an Interim Report if the funded activities are not yet complete) is a requirement for submitting a new application. Organizations may use our Grant Evaluation Form , or you are welcome to draft your own, or adapt one created for another funder.
Please contact us at grants@ocf-fco.ca if you have any questions.
