Though his life was cut short by cancer, Jeff Hume’s legacy of leadership and inspiration lives on through the Jeff Hume Memorial Fund at the Ottawa Community Foundation. This Fund was set up to honour a husband, father, and friend, in perpetuity, in areas of importance held dear by Jeff. The Fund focuses on Education, Sports, Volunteerism, Food Banks, and Youth Activities, while allowing for flexibility for emerging community needs and urgencies.
The Fund is dedicated to making a positive difference in the community and chose OCF to support their work as a like-minded organization with a focus on the benefits of collective impact.
