The Ottawa Art Society, which was founded by Julie Hodgson in 2015, is a charitable organization designed to showcase and support visual arts organizations in Ottawa. We encourage a sense of curiosity in the visual arts through our Ottawa Talks Series, which include tours of public and private art collections, public and private architectural spaces, and tours of artists’ studios.
The donations generated through our Ottawa Talks Series and fundraising activities allows us to provide an educational program for our members, build our endowment fund, and award a grant each year to a visual arts organization in Ottawa.
