The Ottawa Citizen Literacy Fund is no longer running as a separate and distinct granting program of the Ottawa Community Foundation, but has been incorporated into the Foundation’s regular grants program. We therefore encourage any organization interested in applying for a literacy grant to submit its application to the Community Grants program. Annual deadlines are Feb. 1 and Oct. 1.
