Lisa joined the OCF first as a student intern in 2020 and later as a staff member in 2021. She holds the positions of Associate, Community Engagement and Assistant to the President & CEO and Board Services.
As Associate, Community Engagement, Lisa supports the Strategic and Community Initiatives team with the administration of the Community Grants Program and other granting initiatives. Lisa also provides coordinating and administrative support to the OCF’s President & CEO, Board of Directors, and Committees as Assistant to the President & CEO and Board Services.
Prior to joining the OCF, Lisa completed a Bachelor of Commerce Honours Degree from the University of Windsor and a Masters in Philanthropy and Non-profit Leadership from Carleton University and spent several years volunteering in youth ministry.
In her free time, Lisa enjoys baking, hiking, and cheering for the Detroit Tigers.
