A warrior and a princess meet, fall in love, and join forces to help diverse communities. It is a true and heartwarming story. Following a life changing event, both the warrior and the princess decided to join many fundholders and explore philanthropic options offered by the Ottawa Community Foundation. They wanted to spread the love and care they had received from their community to those who needed a supporting voice or a helping hand through tough times.
While the princess travels to space from time to time, the warrior is grounded and constantly watching out for opportunities to help; together, they are on the lookout for impactful and unique ideas that support and enable inclusivity and accessibility within the community.
The Princess Warrior Charitable Fund has funded diverse causes over the years, ranging from Indigenous organizations, education, arts, support to people with disabilities, health care, animal welfare to food security… the list is endless, just like the love between the warrior and the princess, and their love for our city and its people.
